MONTEPAONE (CZ) –  3 GENNAIO 2023 – Tre pasti, due spuntini, nessuna dieta “punitiva” e il giusto equilibrio a tavola.

Tornare (o restare) in piena forma, senza rinunciare al gusto del buon cibo, si può. Parola di Alessio Calabrò, dietista e docente di Scienze Motorie dell’Università Magna Graecia di Catanzaro, ospite di un partecipato incontro culturale sui temi dell’alimentazione naturale organizzato dal progetto “Naturium”, a Montepaone Lido.

Tanto buon senso e nessun particolare segreto da rivelare secondo il dottor Calabrò che ha voluto personalmente ringraziare il fondatore di “Naturium”, Giovanni Sgrò, per l’impegno costante sui temi della consapevolezza alimentare e della sostenibilità ambientale.

Poi, spazio ai consigli per “mangiar bene”. “Occorre seguire le classiche abitudini che consigliamo quotidianamente – il suggerimento di Calabrò – ovvero cinque pasti al giorno, di cui tre principali e due spuntini.

L’importante è non far mai mancare tutti i nutrienti essenziali”.

A colazione “una bevanda vegetale, un the o una tisana, cui abbinare una fonte di carboidrati (cereali o fiocchi d’avena) inserendo un po’ di cacao, miele o uno yogurt biologico”.

Due utili alternative per chi ha “fretta”: il pancake proteico o un frullato con frutta e proteine in polvere.

A pranzo “mai eliminare i carboidrati, semmai ridurli o sceglierli con accuratezza (riso integrale, quinoa, farro, miglio), sempre da accompagnare con verdure e proteine”.

A cena, infine, non dovrebbero mai mancare le verdure cotte o crude, una fonte di proteine e la giusta dose di carboidrati (pane, cereali, gallette, pasta o riso) “specie se si fa attività fisica”.

Infatti “l’alimentazione sana deve necessariamente accompagnarsi al movimento”.

Ma, attenzione: “Bisogna sempre affidarsi agli esperti, evitando gli errori del fai-da-te!”.
